Contact Commercial Waste London
Get a commercial waste collection quote
Fill in the four boxes and press send. A person reads it, usually the same working day, and comes back with either a price or a question.
Get a quote
Send the postcode and a photo of where the waste sits, and a person comes back with a price or a question.
Or email office@capitalrecycle.co.uk · WhatsApp photos to the same number.
If it’s quicker to talk, ring 0207 101 4003. You can send photos on WhatsApp to the same number.
What to include for an accurate response
The form only asks for four things because that’s all we need to get started. If you want a price back first time rather than a question, add these in the message or on the call.
Business and collection postcode
The postcode of the premises the waste comes from, if that’s different from your office. It sets the round, the collection day and the borough rules that apply.
Waste types and estimated amount
General waste, recycling, glass, cardboard, or a mix. Roughly how much per week: bags, bins, or “about a car boot full”. Precision isn’t needed. A photo of the current pile is worth more than any estimate.
Frequency, access and storage
How often you need collecting. Where the waste sits until then (bin store, yard, front of shop, nowhere). Whether a van can stop outside, and whether there’s a time window your borough enforces.
Photos or notes that clarify the job
A photo of the bin area, the yard, or the load you want cleared. Anything unusual: a locked gate, a service road, a landlord who needs telling. It saves a phone call.
Contact details
Phone
0207 101 4003. Monday to Friday. If nobody picks up we’re on a collection; leave a message or send a WhatsApp and it’s answered when the van stops.
Online enquiry
The form above, or email office@capitalrecycle.co.uk. Both land in the same inbox. Commercial Waste London is operated by Capital Recycle Ltd, so the reply comes from a capitalrecycle.co.uk address; that’s not a mix-up.
Already have a collection arrangement?
If you’re an existing customer with a query about a collection, an invoice or a transfer note, ring the number above rather than using the quote form. The form is read as a new enquiry and you’ll get a slower answer than you would from a call.
What happens after you contact us?
The enquiry is reviewed
Someone who prices jobs reads what you sent. Not an auto-reply, not a call centre.
Any missing details are confirmed
If the postcode is missing or the photo doesn’t show enough, we ring or message to ask. Most quotes need one short exchange.
The quote or next step is provided
You get a price for the job described, in writing, with what it includes. For a recurring account that’s followed by the service agreement and the waste transfer note. For a one-off, a payment link and a collection date.
Privacy and terms
What you send through this form is used to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a customer, to run the account. How it’s stored and for how long is in the privacy policy. The terms of service cover bookings, cancellations and payment.
